Jason Joo of 3D Printing Studios believes in the future of 3D printing.

“It is a growing industry,” says Jason, who conducts 3D printing workshops with his team. He also offers a wide range of services, including 3D Design, 3D Training courses and sales.

A 3D printing enthusiast, his aim is to share and educate the future generation with the benefits of 3D printing.

His workshops have a minimum age requirement of 13. “We feel that teenagers and adults can absorb our teaching content better,” explains Jason.

“Another 3D printing company Simplifi3D is already catering to the¬†education system locally. With a healthy ecosystem of 3D printing providers, we can jointly help create greater awareness and adoption of 3D printing in the younger generation.”

He believes that 3D printing is for all ages, as long as they have the interest.

“Our eldest student was over 65 years old, from New Delhi, India. He was on holiday in Singapore and wanted to learn more about 3D Printing,” recalls Jason.

Currently, Jason and his team are writing the programme details for Intermediate level workshops. “This is for interested participants who already possess a basic knowledge of 3D printing,” he says with a smile.
